The West Australian Interviewed Us!
May was an exciting month for us. We were interviewed for a feature lift out in the West Australian. Our article was published in the SME Pathways magazine that came out on 19 May.
We also took out a full page ad in the magazine and seem to have adopted the camel as our mascot!!
Naomi attended Soroptimist International Rockingham's June meeting as their guest speaker. The topic was Social Media and Using the Internet for Communication. She focused on the use of Facebook Pages as a form of free advertising for the work the club is doing and a way to promote their upcoming events.
Our first webinar was held at the start of June on "How To Build Websites That Generate Leads". We had a great attendance with positive feedback and are looking forward to providing more information to you via webinars. So let us know what topics you are interested in and we will try to accommodate your requests. Business Tip - Online Meetings
With more of our clients being outside of the Perth Metro area, we are using technology to hold online meetings where it is impractical to meet them face to face.
For one on one meetings, where we simply need to speak to someone, we often use Skype which is free. You are also able to hold conference calls via Skype.
For online presentations where we have something to show our client, say a website design, we use Go To Meeting. We are able to have our client share our screen and discuss either via the internet or a normal phone, what changes they require.
We have also used Go To Meeting to hold a training session on software we built for a client. The client was in the Eastern States so could not attend our office.
For our webinars we are using Go To Webinar. While they are not free applications, the benefits for us are enormous with the ability to record the webinars we produce and hold meetings and presentations with clients and prospects.
Does Your Website Have A Sales System?
Every organisation that wants to grow online must sooner or later develop an effective sales system.
An online sales system is a set of principles, processes, strategies and tools that are put into place to make a website bring in the results day-in and day-out. Most companies fail to incorporate a sales system into their websites and wonder why they don't get the business they want.
A good online sales system is one that clearly defines value points, monitors visitor behaviour, captures visitor contact details with clear calls to action.
A sales process includes relationship building, scoping requirements, proposing, trial closing, re-proposing and closing. The sales process qualifies and converts potential buyers into leads or customers.
A sale can take many forms from securing an appointment to actually selling a product or service. Contact the team at in silico TODAY on 9200 4431 to discuss your online sales system.
